L’impact de Montréal l’emporte 2-1 contre le Toronto FC. Didier Drogba a marqué 2 buts.
The Montréal Impact beats TFC 2-1, the knockout playoff game vs TFC will be in mtl, Thursday at 7pm. Sadly, Toronto FC supporters can’t camp at the Saputo stadium. They will drive 6 hours to go back home and drive back on Thursday. How many will comeback on Thursday?
Today at 5pm the Montreal Impact is playing against Toronto FC.
The rivalry continues and i’m predicting imfc to win: the team is ready, most of the key players will be lineup and best of all we’re playing at home.Hoping for Drogba to score at least 2 goals. No pressure!!!
Also tonight, the North Star will make her big debut. Each time that IMFC scores someone will ring the bell. The first person to ring the “North Star” will be Mayor Denis Coderre. Great initiative from a supporters group called 1642mtl. I can’t wait to see that, goals will never be the same again.
If Montréal wins tonight, we will have our next game at home, giving us a big advantage on the field.
The best of luck to our players, wishing them no injuries, no cartons and lots of goals.
Congratulations to Ignacio Piatti for winning golazo of the week. His golazo got 40.13% beating out Toronto FC’s Giovinco. Well done Nachito, we’re all so proud of your hard work!
1. Ignacio Piatti (MTL) – 40.13%
2. Sebastian Giovinco (TOR) – 33.89%
3. Mike Grella (NY) – 13.56%
4. Federico Higuain (CLB) – 7.94%
5. Robbie Keane (LA) – 4.48%
The Montréal Impact will play on Sunday October 25th against Toronto FC. The Impact hopes to win that game in order to move up in the EC ranking.
Short ticket just to tell you that;
At 9:35pm Saturday Oct 17th, we can call it mission accomplished, Piattis golazo secured imfc a spot in the 2015 MLS playoffs! What a joy for the Impact to move ahead of the Revolution into a fourth-place tie with D.C. United. We are proud of our players!
«Je suis une fière Montréalaise! »
Tonight the Montréal Impact (6th EC) is visiting the New-England Revolution (4th EC) in hopes to move up in standings and possibly secure a spot for the 2015 cup playoffs!
We will be watching and hoping to see « Le Roi Didier » score. It won’t be easy as their playing on turf and he will most definitely only play a part of the game. My wish would be for him to play as a starter, when he starts he sets the game tone. We are hoping for the best outcome, if we win tonight we can start celebrating and preparing for October 25th as TFC visits IMFC. A home game sounds good, however we must get our A game back as Toronto will have Giovinco and Altidore. Toronto will do everything to kick our “derrière” and humiliate us in our own field, and we can’t let that happen!
If IMFC is lucky, Oct 25th, all the key players will be “au rendez-vous” giving us a big chance of winning against TFC.
